Chocolate Making Workshop

RERF is strongly committed towards rural development, to improve education level among rural communities and women and adolescent girls, to create employment/ self employment among them and thereby improve the socio-economic condition of the small and marginalized section of the community particularly rural and women through various integrated rural development initiatives. For this we organised workshops in Visnagar Taluka on chocolate making, khakra making, agarbatti making to make the rural women self employed and 600+ women took part in these workshops. Our work was highly appreciated by even the Chief Minister and Dy. Chief Minister of the Government of Gujarat. Our survey concludes that if this target audience gets effective skills training they will get better employment opportunities and their standard of living will increase substantially.
