India's Health Sector is facing major crisis for healthcare and paramedical staff at each & every level and even State Governments also do not have any sufficient manpower to work and support as health care and paramedical assistant/ staff. According to the report by World Health Organisation (WHO), it is estimated that there will be requirement of 90 Lac healthcare professionals by 2020.
With the rapid growth of healthcare industry and awareness about health issues in general public, the industry faces a critical challenge i.e. the need for professional and skilled workforce in healthcare.
